Holiday Update from Noodle
Nov 28, 08
Family, friends, and fans,

Last night there was a 5-legged turkey, and we all practiced being thankful together at the Livery over a couple of IPAs. It's great to play in Western MI again. We hope that Thanksgiving finds you all well and you are able to be with ones you love and reflect on the ones who are no longer with us or far away. On this day of giving thanks, we want you to know that we are thankful for you.

I'm thankful for $1.54 a gallon. Makes 'Old Barns' seem like a new song. I can remember $2.06 a gallon.

Man, are we pumped up for tomorrow.... the precise math escapes me, but we have played Black Friday at Bell's for more than five years. This year, with the bigger room, we should all be able to have even more fun. More of us even. Bring the whole family. Bring the turkey, too! Our new t-shirts are done and they're available online in women's, men's, even children's sizes. So, don't feel like fending the crowds for holiday giving? Let us mail a new GSBG thread right to your door. Check 'em out....

One more stretch to warm up for a rowdy NYE concert.... Don't forget New Year's Eve at the Kalamazoo State Theatre with Steppin' In It and Seth Bernard & May Erlewine. There's been an ongoing discussion among us. Only time will reveal what kind of things we're cooking up. Balloons at midnight hopefully. Champagne and sport coats probably.
